Mix the powder with water in a ratio of 1:2 (by volume) and let it stand briefly. The mixture will initially appear liquid and thicken within a few minutes. The desired consistency is similar to ketchup; adjust the ratio slightly if necessary. Offer 2–3 evenings per week, depending on feeding habits. Remove any leftovers after 24 hours at the latest. Store in a cool, dry place; refrigerate for 3–4 days after preparation.
