- 4 tbsp rolled oats.
- 1 tbsp sugar.
- 7 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
- ½ tsp dry yeast.
- Water or apple juice (as needed).
Preparation
- Mix oats, sugar, vinegar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Slowly add water or juice until you reach a porridge-like consistency.
- Let it sit for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
