Calcium + D3 – for effective calcium absorption
Gecko Nutrition Calcium + D3 is a powerful calcium supplement with added vitamin D3. It helps prevent or compensate for calcium deficiencies and supports a stable calcium balance and healthy bone development.
Highly available sources & fine grain
The calcium fraction consists of finely ground red algae lime and calcium carbonate—both valued for their good bioavailability. The fine texture facilitates mixing into feed and evenly dusting feeder animals. Vitamin D3 is also included, essential for calcium utilization.
For growth, breeding & situations with little UVB
Growing animals and egg-laying females have an increased need. A deficiency can lead to substrate absorption and digestive problems, among other things. In the wild, geckos produce vitamin D3 through UVB light; if UVB exposure is insufficient in the terrarium, targeted supplementation is advisable.

Notes
Supplemental feed with increased vitamin D3 content: Feed exclusively to pets up to 3.6% of the daily ration . Mix into the feed immediately before feeding or sprinkle evenly on the feeder animals. Store in a dry place, away from light, at 15–25°C (not refrigerated). Consume within 3 months of opening.
