Digital Thermo-/Hygrometer incl. BFC SYS holder – the perfect measuring solution for the BioFaunaCube, if you want to keep a close eye on temperature and humidity. You get a compact LCD measuring device plus the matching BFC SYS holder, which is inserted directly into the posts of the BioFaunaCube – front or back, each directly behind the pane. This way, the device is firmly seated in the terrarium setup and you can quickly read the values without having to improvise with suction cups, tape, or loose accessories.

Why this makes sense in the BioFaunaCube:
– Fixed place in the terrarium setup: no tipping over, no slipping, no improvised attachment
– Neatly integrated: sits directly on the post and stays out of the working area
– Flexibly positionable: front or back – depending on where you prefer to read
– Better feel for your climate: helps you to specifically check temperature and humidity ranges in the terrarium setup instead of just relying on instinct

Assembly:
1) Click the thermo-/hygrometer into the holder.
2) Choose position (front or back).
3) Insert the holder into the post – done.

Practical Tip: Do not place the device directly in mist or on wet substrate. This will give you more stable and comparable measurements.

Does the holder fit every BioFaunaCube? +

Yes. The BFC SYS holder is designed to be inserted directly into the posts of the BioFaunaCube. This way, the device sits stably in the Cube without additional gluing.

Where is the best place to measure? +

For meaningful readings, the device should not be placed directly in the spray mist, on wet substrate, or immediately above a very humid corner. Depending on the terrarium setup, it may be useful to test both the front and back.

Can I remove or replace the thermo-/hygrometer later? +

Yes. You can remove the device from the holder and click it back in at any time, for example to change batteries or move it to another terrarium setup.

What is the advantage over a loose thermo-/hygrometer? +

The big advantage is the clean integration into the BioFaunaCube. The device has a fixed place in the terrarium setup, remains easy to read, and does not need to be attached with suction cups or tape.
